First Annual Swim Camp

This July the Bedell Family YMCA held their First Annual Swim Camp.  We had a great turnout with 21 kids coming from Spirit Lake, Spencer, Omaha, Okoboji, and Sioux City.  The swimmers learned many things from the two camp coaches: Stacy Simmer (Head Swim Coach for UNI) and Todd Samland (Women's Head Swim Coach for UNO).  The camp focused on physical conditioning, superior stroke instruction and analysis.  We got some great feedback and look forward to next year's camp!
