YXF (Y Xtreme Fitness)

4 week total body conditioning class that will take your workouts to the next level. This class will include a variety of cardiovascular exercises designed to keep your heart rate elevated and achieve a maximum calorie burn!

Fees: Members: $35 Public: $70

Time:	6-6:30AM OR 9-9:30 AM
Session 1:	JUNE 6TH - JULY 1ST
Session 2:	JULY 11TH - AUGUST 5TH
