YMCA Weight Smart

Are you ready to take steps toward successfully losing weight? Meet with a Certified Personal Trainer/Nutritionist to discuss a weight management plan that emphasizes the importance of achieving healthy weight by maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Instead of magic potions, rigid diet regimens, or unattainable workout agendas, you will learn the essentials of weight management from a natural, balanced perspective. Each session will consist of education along with individualized goal setting and exercise recommendations.
