Step and Strength

This class consists of basic step patterns for the new stepper as well as those who prefer less complicated footwork. All movements can be performed on and off a step platform, with or without risers.

Strength exercises are added for a complete total body workout. Intensity level is determined by your speed, travel, and execution of movement patterns. All levels are welcome.
