Join our certified strength professionals for an innovative total body workout. Let us teach you the proper technique when using curl bars, body bars, dumbbells and resistance bands.

Our workouts are set to motivational music and will strengthen, tone, and define every major muscle group. Power pump is ideal for all fitness levels. You determine the intensity by choosing the amount of weight you will use.
