GROUP FITNESS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Aqua Fitness: A water exercise class designed for all ages and abilities. Water is a safe and ideal environment for relieving pain and stiffness for those with arthritis. This total body workout will help promote cardiovascular conditioning, muscle toning, and flexibility.

Bootcamp: A class with high intensity that mixes traditional callisthenic and body weight exercises using circuits and interval training to burn maximum calories.

Core: Produce a more sculpted midsection in less time with a series of exercises targeting your abs, back and buns. You will use stability balls, mats and more.

Cardio Sculpt: This class is structured to challenge everyone from beginners to the move advanced participants. We will get those heart rates pumping to burn calories while we tone and sculpt those troublesome areas.

Express Kick: A kickboxing class that blends athletic drills with martial arts to create an intense cardiovascular workout. This class will include classic punches and kicks with cardiovascular movements.

EZ Rider Cycling: This is a beginner level cycling class that will operate at a lower intensity with the workouts geared to beginners and seniors alike.

H2O Bootcamp: A high intensity water based fitness class that provides significant health benefits, with little impact on joints. Participants will also feel the benefits of weight and resistance training with the constant resistance from the pool water. H2O Bootcamp challenges swimmers of all physical shapes and ages.

Power Pump: A total body resistance class utilizing body bars, dumbbells, and resistance bands. Workouts use motivational music and will strengthen, tone and define every major muscle group.

EZ Movers Cardio: A low impact aerobics class designed to increase heart rates while being gentle on the hip and knee joints. This class will incorporate body weight floor exercises, steps, and chairs.

EZ Movers Strength: This resistance class focuses on the basic moves for strength and toning. It is a great class for seniors and those who are new to working out. This class includes: chairs, dumbbells, stability balls, frisbees, and resistance bands.

Step: Basic step patterns for the new stepper as well as those who prefer more advanced footwork. All movements can be performed on and off a step platform, with or without risers.

Strength Circuit: A 45-minute strength class filled with stations targeting every major muscle group in the body. This class will incorporate weight training, core strengthening, and total body toning.

Y Cycling: A high energy bike class designed for beginners and advanced alike, because you set your own pace. You will run, sprint, jump, and climb your way to a healthier you.

Yoga: This class unites the aspects of mind, body, and spirit with a threefold impact on health. Explore different yoga poses and postures to achieve a better balance and well-being.

Zumba: This is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness party that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health. All levels and abilities are encouraged.
