Summer Camp Refund Policy
Resident Camp Program:
- $100 deposit per session required
- $50 of the deposit is not refundable or transferable
- After May 31, the entire $100 deposit is not refundable or transferable
- All bus fees and specialty add-on fees are not refundable or transferable and charges will still apply
- Cancellation within 7 days of a session (or no shows) will result in a loss of all fees paid
- All session changes/cancellations
must be made in writing -- there will be a $10 service fee for changes
made within 14 days of check-in
- Bus cancellations after May 31 will result in a loss of bus fees paid and charges will still apply
- Total balance due: May 1 if attending camp in June; June 1 if attending camp in July/August
Day Camp Program:
- $50 deposit per session required
- $50 deposit is not refundable or transferable
- Specialty Add-On Program fees are not refundable or transferable after May 1
- Cancellation within 7 days of a session (or no shows) will result in a loss of all fees paid
- All session changes/cancellations must be made in writing
- Total balance due: May 1 if attending camp in June; June 1 if attending camp in July/August
